cheshirecharade asked: Hey! Kind of a silly question I suppose, but I've heard a couple different opinions and figured I'd like to know your opinion as well :] Do you curl your lashes before, or after putting on your mascara?
Always before! Curling your lashes after applying mascara can damage them.

And they’re completely real. There is nothing like a new tube of Falsies! <3
allyhaydennn asked: I have oily skin but I don't have bad skin so I don't need a strong concealer or anything. I get all my makeup at Ulta <3 and I usually ask the lady working what she recommends and she told me that I have nice skin and informed me about tarte's tinted moisturizer. I use that and then I set it with the fitme powder but my skin gets oily throughout the day and it just looks bad. lol. I was wondering if you have any ideas?! or something :)
Olay (as well as many other brands) has a new skincare line made specifically for shine control. MAC has a great Oil Control Lotion. Urban Decay has a good oil-control finishing spray called De-slick or something like that. Also try looking into getting a mattifying primer (I like Too Faced’s Primed and Poreless) and foundation. And for on the go, keep blotting papers and a compact with you (I heard the FitMe line is more compatible with dry skin). When you get oily throughout the day, blot (don’t wipe!) oily areas, and then dust a light amount of powder if needed. Sometimes blot paper will remove some coverage, so lightly dab concealer with a clean finger before you powder. Also try not to touch your face throughout the day, the oils on your fingers make your face a lot oilier, and can lead to acne. Hope this helped!
Ps, it’s not necessary to have every one of your face products be a mattifying formula. Over-doing it will strip your skin’s amount of oil that it NEEDS to stay healthy, and you will start to produce MORE oil to make up for it. The key is finding a good balance, realizing which ingredients work for your skin type, and even though you have oily skin, MOISTURIZE your face with an oil-free formula! :)
